All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, although changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order constitutes an offer to us, which we may accept or decline.

  2. We send you an order acknowledgement email (this does not constitute acceptance)
  3. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

6. Returns and Cancellations

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request to cancel or return an eligible order within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Product Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. All items are intended to be:

  • Free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery
  • Fit for their intended purpose as a loom-knitting tool
  • As described on the product page

If a product arrives defective or does not match its description, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a repair, replacement, or refund, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy. This section does not limit any warranty rights you may have under applicable state or federal law.

8. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped within the United States via USPS, UPS, or Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon), depending on the item and destination.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (see Force Majeure below).

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or disruption to delivery networks.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
